This is an action in which appellants-plaintiffs seek the enforcement of an agreement of compromise and settlement entered into between the representatives of appellants-plaintiffs and representatives of appellees-defendants. For clarity, appellants will be referred to as plaintiffs, and appellees as defendants.

The plaintiffs are part of a group of 83 teachers who were terminated by defendants during the year of 1973. Their termination occurred...
