By consent of the parties, these automobile accident cases were consolidated for purposes of trial. The jury awarded respondent Julia F. Fishburne $3,650.00 actual damages and respondent Dorothy M. Fishburne $2,840.00 actual damages. The appellant, Harry L. Short, excepts to the denial of his motion for judgment non obstante veredicto or in the alternative a new trial, and to the judge's charge to the jury of the mortuary...
