This is an appeal by Nolan Anthony Schouest from a conviction of second degree murder. La.Rev.Stat. 14:30.1. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without eligibility for parole, probation or suspension of sentence for twenty years. Seven assignments of error are briefed and relied upon for reversal of the conviction and sentence.
