This is an appeal from an order of the lower court adjudging appellant, a former Clerk of Court of Aiken County, in contempt of court and imposing a sentence of ten (10) days confinement in the county jail for allegedly improperly contacting a member of the grand jury. She contends that her conviction should be set aside because that was no evidence to show any attempt on her part to illegally influence the grand jury...
