DIMOND, Justice Pro Tem.

In January 1971 Lydia Corso commenced her action against appellees.1 Approximately three years and eight months later, the action was dismissed on the motion of the Attorney General for want of prosecution under Civil Rule 41(b).2 At the end of another year, Ms. Corso filed a motion to set aside the order of dismissal under Civil Rule 60(b).3
