Defendant herein has been charged with two counts. The first of said counts charges him with knowingly and intentionally possessing with the intention to distribute approximately 816.5 grams of cocaine, "a Schedule II Narcotic Controlled Substance" in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1).
