This is a suit on a promissory note in the amount of $60,000.00 issued by Greenwell Commercial Properties, Inc., Claude Kirkpatrick, Wayne D. Swenson, and Southern Colonial Investment, Inc., to Realty Mart, Inc., and Seaborn R. Wicker, Jr. The note was issued on June 23, 1972, at the conclusion of protracted negotiations for the exchange of two Baton Rouge shopping centers by the defendants, Kirkpatrick and Swenson, with Ross E.
