Appellants Trice and Dean appeal their respective convictions for first-degree murder and accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, urging for our consideration four assignments of error. Trice complains of the trial court's failure to give an immediate cautionary instruction concerning statements admissible only against Dean, and of its refusal to give a requested instruction on manslaughter as a lesser included offense of murder.
