This is an appeal whereby plaintiff, in a conversion action, sought actual and punitive damages against defendant bank for its appropriation of $10.00 which plaintiff had on deposit with the bank. The trial court directed a verdict for defendant on the issue of punitive damages. A jury awarded $1500.00 to plaintiff as actual damages.
