This appeal was initiated when Frank Haskew filed suit in the Circuit Court of Clarke County against Annie L. Monk Buckalew, formerly Annie L. Monk Dunagan, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Winford Clarence Monk, and the heirs of the deceased Winford Clarence Monk.
