JONES, Justice.

Joseph Wayne Bowers appeals from a judgment sentencing him to a 20-year term of imprisonment pursuant to a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder. KRS 507.020(1)(a).

Bowers asserts numerous errors in support of his contention that he is entitled to a reversal of the judgment. His claims of error will be discussed in the sequence in which they are presented. However, this court deems it appropriate...
