Plaintiffs, Everett Stratton and wife, brought this suit for specific performance of a contract for sale of land, allegedly entered into with defendant, Sabine Investment Company of Texas, Inc. Trial was by jury, and judgment was rendered for plaintiffs upon the verdict. The parties will be referred to here as they were in the trial court.
