The Industrial Commission ruled that Rayel Jensen, hereinafter called "Jensen" was an employee of Rustler Lodge, rather than an independent contractor, on the following facts. Jensen was a skilled drywall applicator operating a business with an associate under the name of Triangle Drywall.
