This action was brought in Snohomish County Superior Court to recover payments allegedly due the respondent, Trust Fund Services, as assignee of a union trust fund. The court gave judgment against the employer, Walter Heyman, petitioner here, for sums found to be due under an agreement with the union which he signed in 1971. The respondent was unable to establish to the court's satisfaction a contention that payments were also due under an alleged 1969...
