Plaintiff insurance company sought a declaration that second permittee was not insured under omnibus clause of policy. Trial court found coverage, and plaintiff appeals, raising issues that trial court's findings are not supported by the evidence and that the court erroneously applied the law concerning implied permissive use. Judgment affirmed. No appeal was perfected from the trial court's finding that the defendant Auto Owners (Mutual) Insurance Company...
