David Kammes and Dennis Wolf were convicted of armed robbery after a joint trial by jury in the Circuit Court of Du Page County. Both men were 16 years of age when the offense occurred and juvenile court hearings were held authorizing their prosecution as adults. Kammes was sentenced to not less than 4 nor more than 8 years in the penitentiary...
