In an action brought principally under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3), plaintiffs appeal from the district court's judgment dismissing the complaint, for failure to state a claim, against 25 of the 41 defendants. We affirm dismissal as to all except one of the said defendants.1 The "gravamen of plaintiffs' complaint", as described in appellants' brief, "is that defendants have utilized their powers...
