OPINION
SUTIN, Judge.
After 17 months had passed from the date of the hearing, the trial judge rendered a decision in favor of plaintiff. Four and one-half months later, the trial judge, from a review of his notes and the pleadings, changed his mind and entered a decision and judgment in favor of defendants and dismissed plaintiff's complaint with prejudice.
