The appellant, Sherman S. England, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged, tried by jury and convicted in the District Court, Lincoln, Case No. CRM-76-9, with the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, in violation of 47 O.S. 1971, § 11-902. His punishment was set at confinement for ten (10) days in the County Jail and a fine of One Hundred...
