NYE, Chief Justice.
This is an invasion of privacy action. Trial was to a jury which answered special issues in favor of the plaintiffs. The trial court, however, granted the defendant's motion for judgment non obstante veredicto and entered a take nothing judgment favoring the defendant telephone company.
