MATTER OF LERMA

566 P.2d 207 (1977)

30 Or.App. 127

In the matter of Phil Edward Lerma, a Child. State ex rel. Juvenile Department of Klamath County, Oregon, Respondent, v. PHIL EDWARD LERMA, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided July 18, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Douglas V. Osborne and Michael D. Henry, Klamath Falls, for petitioner.

No appearance contra.

Before THORNTON, P.J., and TANZER and RICHARDSON, JJ.

Submitted on Appellant's Petition for Reconsideration, July 6, 1977.

THORNTON, Presiding Judge.

Our opinion stated that the child was at MacLaren School for Boys. As petitioner points out, that statement was incorrect. Although there was some discussion relative to committing the child to MacLaren School, he was actually detained in the Juvenile Detention Home in Klamath County. We otherwise adhere to our former opinion, 29 Or.App. 713
