On May 31, 1972, the subrogors of plaintiff, Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, bought a mobile home manufactured by defendant, Croydon Homes Corporation, and sold by defendant, Gray Mobile Homes, Inc.

Residing in the mobile home plaintiff's subrogors had some difficulties with the pilot light on the oil furnace going out. On December 4, 1972, after plaintiff's subrogors smelled oil, third party defendant...
