This tort suit was brought as a result of a long distance phone call placed by defendant's agent in Nebraska to plaintiffs in Iowa. The call was defendant's sole alleged contact with this state. The petition was in three divisions. Two were based on the Iowa consumer credit code; the third was a common law claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.
