The defendant, Russell Wentworth, appeals from a judgment entered after a jury verdict for the plaintiff arising out of a hunting accident.

In the late evening of May 28, 1974, the plaintiff, defendant, and Jeff Long went jackrabbit hunting in the defendant's two-door automobile.
