BARRY, Justice.

On October 14, 1975, the defendant, Mark Meacham, was charged in eleven separate informations with the unlawful delivery of various drugs. In ten of those informations, the deliveries were allegedly made to Dean Bacon, an employee of the Metropolitan Drug Enforcement Group (M.E.G.). The eleventh involved a delivery to Jim Hill.
