OPINION

STEVENS, J.

Respondent was charged with misdemeanor drunk driving (Veh. Code, § 23102, subd. (a)) and with driving a motor vehicle without having a valid license (Veh. Code, § 12500, subd. (a)). The evidence against her was ordered suppressed on the theory that she was not "driving" a "motor vehicle." The People appeal. Page Supp. 5
