Defendant was convicted of receiving stolen property by disposing of it. Section 40A-16-11, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6, Supp. 1975); State v. Tapia, 89 N.M. 221, 549 P.2d 636 (Ct.App. 1976). He was also convicted of kidnapping. Section 40A-4-1, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6, Supp. 1975). The transcript does not support the claim that reversible error resulted...
