This matter is before the Court on the appeal of Larry Eugene Watkins, who challenges his convictions on two counts of being a felon who received and/or possessed a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1) and two counts of possessing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844(a).
