This is a suit to determine the rights of the parties to a road easement across the plaintiff's land.

In 1967 plaintiff and Willie and Sally Ankeny were parties to a lawsuit involving the same easement roadway. The Ankenys at that time owned the land now owned and occupied by the defendants. Both parties were represented by attorneys and through their efforts an understanding was reached before trial and a "stipulated agreement" was...
