Petitioner was indicted in 1973 on two charges in two separate actions in the county court. In one case he was charged with unlawful interest in a public contract. In the second he was charged with violation of the standards of conduct for city officials. A notice to appear was sent to petitioner in the one and a summons was issued against petitioner in the second. The trial court ultimately dismissed both cases...
