This is an action arising out of plaintiff's injuries on April 29, 1971 when, during the course of her normal employment, her hair was caught in a moving wheel of a machine that aids in the manufacture of zippers. At the time of the injury, plaintiff was an employee of the defendant's Talon Division and she has since received $10,900.00 in settlement of all amounts owed to her by her employer under South Carolina Workmen's Compensation laws.
