Appellee sued appellant for the payment of a fire loss to property owned by appellee. The appellee also alleged bad faith and sought punitive damages. Appellant admitted the coverage under the insurance policy issued to appellee. Appellant further admitted that losses had been sustained, though the amount of the loss was in controversy.
