Orvid Garrett, defendant, appeals from a verdict of guilty on a charge of armed robbery returned by a jury in the circuit court of Jackson County. Defendant was indicted with two others on the charge of armed robbery and on a charge of unlawful use of weapons. Defendant and one co-defendant were found guilty of armed robbery and the weapons charge, but the third co-defendant...
