This is a sentence appeal.

Nathan Bordewick entered a plea of nolo contendere to the crimes of rape, sodomy and grand larceny. He received a sentence of imprisonment for twelve years on the rape charge, seven years on the sodomy charge, and five years on the charge of grand larceny.
