Plaintiff and defendant (wife and husband respectively) were divorced and the divorce judgment awarded plaintiff child maintenance. Asserting that defendant was in arrears in maintenance payments, plaintiff, in aid of execution on the judgment, had a Joplin bank summoned as garnishee. L & E Martin Oil Company (Martin) filed an "Interplea" (Rule 90.08, V.A. M.R.) laying claim to "a substantial part of the money deposited in the" bank, to-wit: deposits...
