SPAETH, Judge:

Appellant was convicted by a judge sitting without a jury of possession of a small amount of marijuana in violation of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.1 Post-trial motions were denied, and appellant was fined $100.00 and sentenced to a 30 day suspended sentence and probation of six months. Appellant contends here that he should be discharged because the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction...
