Plaintiff appeals from an adverse judgment entered by the circuit court of St. Louis County, sitting without a jury, denying its prayer for the recovery of a brokerage commission allegedly earned under an exclusive real estate sales contract. Because the trial court found that plaintiff failed to do all things necessary to effectuate a sale, during the contract period, by not disclosing the name of the defendant to the buyer, it entered judgment for defendant...
