HOOD, Judge.

This suit was instituted against Barksdale Federal Credit Union to recover benefits alleged to be due under the provisions of a credit life insurance policy. Plaintiffs are the surviving father, mother, brothers and sisters of Ruben Musquez, deceased. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiffs. Defendant appealed.
