The District Court sentenced the defendant to a term of 5 to 10 years imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex on the sodomy count, 7 to 20 years on the rape count, and 10 to 30 years on each robbery count; and directed that these sentences be served consecutively to each...
