The judgment was rendered following a trial by the court without a jury and the defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of not less than three years nor more than six years. On this appeal the defendant urges reversal of the conviction and dismissal of the indictment based upon his argument that a search warrant was improperly issued herein, and that even if valid, the warrant was illegally executed in seizing contraband...
