The issue here is whether the statute of limitations ran before plaintiff filed this action. The action was filed August 16, 1973. The action involves a physical condition suffered by plaintiff which, it is contended by plaintiff, is attributable to an intra-uterine device which was inserted in plaintiff's body on July 21, 1971.
