This is an appeal from a jury verdict which found Michael Ferris (defendant-appellant) guilty of two counts of aggravated battery against a law enforcement officer (K.S.A. 21-3415).

The question on appeal is whether evidence of other criminal acts, here a purse snatching followed by flight from law enforcement officers, is admissible in evidence.
