This action arose out of a dispute between two subcontractors engaged in the construction of the Federal Reserve building in Minneapolis.1

The plaintiff, Swanson & Youngdale, Inc., was the painting subcontractor. Flour City Architectural Metals, the Minneapolis division of the defendant Seagrave Corporation, was the subcontractor for the curtain wall, a steel and glass shell encasing the building. Flour...
