On 1 February 1974, in the Circuit Court for Washington County, Judge Paul Ottinger entered a decree and opinion which, among other things: 1) awarded James Maurice Moore, the appellee (husband), a limited divorce from Nina Lee Moore, the appellant (wife), on the ground of desertion; and 2) awarded custody of the minor children to the wife.
