The husband filed suit for separation from bed and board based upon allegations of cruel treatment and abandonment by the wife. She reconvened for separation alleging cruel treatment on his part. The trial court dismissed both the main and reconventional demands, applying the doctrine of comparative rectitude. Only the wife has appealed. The husband has neither appealed nor answered the appeal.
