After full review of the record, we are convinced the plaintiff was improperly removed from his job, and quite possibly from his chosen career, for reasons unrelated to his qualifications or the performance of his duties as a police officer. We find plaintiff's discharge was not supported on the record and plaintiff was coerced into undergoing a polygraph examination which improperly resulted in the decision to discharge him.
