Decedent, aged 35, was transferred to Creedmore State Hospital during the afternoon of July 3, 1970. He died the next day around 9:00 A.M. This claim is for alleged wrongful death due to negligence on the part of the State in failing, among other things, to properly supervise decedent after administering a certain tranquilizer drug.
