This is a review of an order of the Industrial Commission denying plaintiff lifetime workmen's compensation benefits.

Plaintiff was injured twice during his employment with United States Steel Corporation, first in 1966 and again in 1972, and as a result thereof was 100% permanently and totally disabled.
