This is an appeal by the defendants-appellants1 from a judgment of the circuit court in St. Louis County ordering that the fee simple title to a thirty-foot strip of land be vested in the plaintiffs-respondents, Horace M. Clevenger and Roberta W. Clevenger, his wife, and decreeing that the defendants-appellants have no "title, right, claim or interest" in the strip of land.
