This is a condemnation case. The appeal is from a judgment awarding attorney fees and costs of litigation to the condemnees. The judgment was predicated upon this court's decision in White v. Ga. Power Co., 237 Ga. 341 (227 S.E.2d 385) (1976). We affirm. As stated in White, "... the words `just and adequate compensation' contained in our Constitution are...
